Sensei David Zeger visited the Kokikai Aikido Southwest dojo (training hall) in Tempe, Arizona at age 16 and has never looked back. He began facilitating Aikido practices at the Arizona State University Kokikai Aikido Club in 1998 under the guidance and instruction of Veronica Burrows Sensei and David Nachman Sensei. Since moving to Seattle in 2000, he has lead practices regularly at the (former) University of Washington Kokikai Aikido Club and the (former) Aikido Kokikai Seattle dojo. He now continues his study of the art by sharing practices with students of Dynamic Spirit Kokikai Aikido.
